These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). The Apple EULA governs your licensed use of Beam.

Beam and alarm reliability

Beam lets you set morning alarms and follow a live ten-second smile ritual. Alarm delivery and sound depend on your iPhone, its volume, permissions, power, software and system conditions. iPhone’s system alarm Stop control remains available. Beam is not an emergency or safety service; keep another alarm if waking at a precise time is critical.

Seven-day trial and lifetime access

The optional seven-day trial is a free, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase. During the trial all current Beam features are available. When it ends, creating or editing alarms and adding smile photos requires the separate Beam Lifetime non-consumable purchase. Existing alarms and saved photos remain available. The trial does not renew or charge you automatically. The lifetime price for your region is shown in Beam and confirmed by Apple before payment. You can restore eligible purchases in Beam using the same Apple Account.

Earlier Nite subscriptions

Customers with an eligible active Nite subscription retain paid access in Beam. Existing subscriptions continue under the terms agreed when purchased and can be managed or cancelled in Apple subscriptions. Deleting Beam does not cancel an earlier subscription.

Photos and privacy

Optional smile photos are stored within Beam on your iPhone. You are responsible for your own device storage and backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes and contact

We may update Beam for compatibility, reliability and new features. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. For support or questions, email support@endurofit.app.
